It was a pretty relaxed interview process. They started by going over my resume, then we chatted about some basic data science concepts and asked about my SQL experience. They seemed really open to hiring students who were keen to learn, which was cool. All in all, it was a good experience.

Katherine was my main contact throughout the interview process, and she was wonderful. The first interview was conducted via Zoom, followed by a second interview in person with the admin manager and the office manager. During this second interview, they asked me about my past experience and provided details about the job's responsibilities. Although the interview was scheduled for an hour, it only lasted about 15 minutes, making it quite brief.

I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview. The interview was short, but somewhat pleasant. The interviewer said she would contact me within a week. Every week that went by crickets. Finally, on the fourth week, the recruiter called me and said that the company would go in a different direction. For a whole month, I was expecting some kind of information but nothing. The recruiting agency was the only one contacting me. The interviewer never ever responded to me. It’s very rude. You need some new training for your interviewer. She seemed nice at the time, but it shows me why I would not want to work for a company that is that disrespectful. I know we’re just a number to you guys, but we are real people on the other end of this interviewing process who spent a lot of time and effort educating ourselves on the company and taking time out to interview do better.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really disorganized and unprofessional. They had me meet with a director before the hiring manager, which felt like a waste of time. The director seemed to lack knowledge in her area. They also gave me an Excel test, but one of the questions was so difficult that the hiring manager admitted during the interview that I wasn't supposed to get it. After completing four steps, there was no follow-up or courtesy shown, even when I reached out. It really shows the company culture. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. I'm glad I ended up at a better company.
