Behavioral

I applied cold and went through rounds with the recruiter and hiring manager before I withdrew my application because I got another offer. My interaction with the recruiter, Lauren, was really lovely. She was warm, personable, and treated me like a human. I was feeling a bit anxious after a call I thought went badly with the HM, and she really helped ease my mind. She even sent a reassuring email on a Friday evening so I wouldn't stress all weekend. I'm hoping this genuine and thoughtful approach reflects the company culture overall.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard: recruiter screen first, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally an onsite interview. They asked typical PM questions tailored to what the role needs. Make sure to connect your past experiences to what they're looking for in this specific role, as they seemed to want candidates who have already done similar tasks.

Behavioral Technical Case

I was contacted by a third party recruiter who communicated well. The first step was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager where we mostly discussed my background and relevant experience. This was followed by a phone interview focusing on skills and standard product sense. The final stage was an on-site interview with the COO, hiring manager, a PM, design, and engineering. The overall experience was positive. Everyone was friendly, engaged, and seemed invested in my success. Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer due to my own inconsistent performance in one area, but I still have a favorable impression of the team. I would recommend Masterclass to future applicants because the team was great to work with and very skilled.
