Had a couple of interviews, which felt pretty standard. They really wanted to dive into my resume and get a sense of my practical experience. It was a good time overall. Got the offer in less than two weeks.

It was a long process. First, a one-hour phone chat with HR, then two in-person interviews, and finally a corporate interview. Before the two onsite interviews, I had to do an online test that took over an hour, with one part that really tested my IQ and analytical skills. This whole approach was pretty unique and took up a lot of time, but I actually enjoyed the analytical part. The people there are great and hardworking. I decided to decline the offer though. They seem to have fewer personal and sick days than the industry standard, which was a significant loss of days annually. Also, if you're a young couple with kids, you might want to seriously reconsider applying because the town doesn't offer enough for young, active families. It could be a good fit if you're planning to retire in about two years. Really great people though!

The process was slow, I applied online and it took weeks to hear back. Once I finally got a call, the process took several more weeks. The recruiter call was fine. The online paperwork and drug testing portals were awful and outdated, with bad customer service. I was confused why I couldn't just submit a PDF or paper form. The drug screening was only offered at one unsafe location with a long waitlist and a nightmare system. I couldn't pay for a safer lab myself and was denied. Because the test had to be done within 48 hours of their 'go time', I missed the window due to my other job and inability to get tested. The process to reschedule was cumbersome, and I felt bad for the recruiter dealing with the company's outdated system. I spent about 12 hours trying to get tested and had to wait for their system to update. After that, my actual interview went fine and I received a good offer, which I accepted. However, my pay structure was changed last minute before I started, which was disappointing and seemed like they were trying to avoid paying salary.
