The interview process was easy, with more focus on their own systems rather than new tech. I haven't received any updates for a month, and I had to chase them multiple times with no response. Ultimately, I had to drop the application.

So, it's a staffing company situation. First, someone from Mastech will give you a call to check your skills, which is like a semi-technical thing. If they like you, they'll send your resume to the Vendor, and you'll have another technical interview with them. If that goes well, your resume goes to the Client for their final interview. It usually takes two to three rounds to get hired. Sometimes, the Vendor and Client might interview you at the same time, so you'll be talking to two or three people on a call. I had three rounds in total, with the Vendor and Client interviewing me together for the last one.
