I applied online and was contacted by an HR manager within a couple days. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with her. It was a pleasant and easy interview. A couple months after that, the executive interviewed me in person with their team. They seemed unprepared and didn't have questions ready, mentioning they rarely hire due to no turnover in their office. They expressed that I was a perfect fit and liked me a lot, even calling to say so, but ultimately did not offer me the job.

I initially connected with the recruiter at a job fair and followed up via email the next day about internship roles. They invited me for an in-office interview. A couple of weeks after that interview, I got an offer, but it was for a different semester than I could do. I asked about summer internships and kept in touch. When summer got closer, they called me for another office interview and extended an offer very close to the start date.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, there was a quick phone chat, then two more interviews with management and HR/recruiter. After that, if they liked you, you'd get invited to take a personality test.
