I gave my resume to the recruiter at my college's career fair in the fall. In early spring, they called me about their interest and I set up an on site interview. I went to their main headquarters in Springfield, and it looked like a big internship hiring event with lots of other college students. I met with the person I'd be reporting to, and the interview was about 30 minutes long. It was pretty formal, but they gave me a small gift bag and a water when I left, which was a nice touch.

I was emailed and then had a 30-minute phone screen with HR. The onsite involved four rounds with two Actuarial Assistants, a Health FSA, and a VP Actuary in a non-traditional role. Afterwards, I had lunch with two Actuarial Students in their rotational program. The whole experience was great, and everyone was really genuine and friendly. It included behavioral questions and questions about my CV.
