I had a group interview at a hiring fair. I waited about an hour for it. First, we spent 10-15 minutes learning about the company, watching a video and asking questions. Then, they asked us some typical questions like 'Why should we hire you?'. Later that day, I got an email to come in for another interview the next day. This was also a group interview where we went around the room and talked about ourselves. They asked questions about communication and customer service. I was offered the job on that day.

I applied online and was asked to bring my CV to the INDITEX office. After a week, I got a phone call for an interview. It was a group interview where we introduced ourselves and answered questions about INDITEX. We also did a group activity where we created a fashion look for a famous person for either a casual or party occasion and identified where to buy the items. A week later, I had another interview at a Massimo Dutti shop with the shop manager, who asked about my personal details and availability. Although I received a call a week later saying I was refused due to my availability, they offered me an interview at another shop, which I declined.

You arrive at the store and they take you to a small room with two girls. They sit you down to get to know you better and ask you several questions. The interview is mostly conversational, about getting to know each other. It's not a big place, but it's the moment to 'sell yourself'.
