I met in person with the employee who will be my supervisor, then took a personality test, then a mathematical aptitude test and typing test. After my results came in, they were reviewed with me by a Regional Manager.

Applied online, and a month later, I got a call for an interview. The next week, I went to the office and completed a 4-page application, an IQ test, a skills test, and a personality test. The following week, I had to retake the personality test because they thought I messed up one category. Then, I had individual interviews with three different people. At the end, they said I might not be the best fit for this role but could be a Service Manager, and HR would contact me. No one ever called. (One interviewer mentioned that getting hired here is like applying to the FBI. I was also told that if I progressed, I'd go to HQ in Orlando, FL, for interviews with 5-7 managers. Finally, they said if even one person didn't like me, I wouldn't get the job!)
