It was a really nice and personalized process with a great team of hiring managers. I had to take the Wonderlic test, and I think I did well because the hiring manager told me so. I tried to be diligent and polite in all my responses.

So I had two interviews that seemed to go well, and then I had to go into the office for a personality test. They said they'd let me know if I got the job or not. After two weeks, I followed up with the person who interviewed me by email but they never got back to me. I called a little later and they said they would call me back, but they never did. So, I was left hanging after three interviews. Really unprofessional.

Applied online, and a month later, I got a call for an interview. The next week, I went to the office and completed a 4-page application, an IQ test, a skills test, and a personality test. The following week, I had to retake the personality test because they thought I messed up one category. Then, I had individual interviews with three different people. At the end, they said I might not be the best fit for this role but could be a Service Manager, and HR would contact me. No one ever called. (One interviewer mentioned that getting hired here is like applying to the FBI. I was also told that if I progressed, I'd go to HQ in Orlando, FL, for interviews with 5-7 managers. Finally, they said if even one person didn't like me, I wouldn't get the job!)
