Applied and got a call for an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was with 6 OR nurse managers and the nurse educator. It was a bit intimidating walking in, but everyone was nice and engaged. About three weeks later, I got an email saying HR would call the next week about next steps. The HR person was super condescending and rude.

I was interviewed by the office manager, the director of the practice, and three nurses. After that, HR called me and offered me the position. They offered me less money than we had discussed during the interviews. I contacted the office manager to discuss the discrepancy, and she resolved the issue, leading to me receiving the initially agreed-upon offer.
