Office Manager
The interviewer was unprofessional. She was chewing gum and texting while I spoke and wasn't listening. I arrived very prepared but she wasn't interested. She asked me the same question multiple times. I was angry and felt like my time was wasted.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Case Manager
It started with basic questions like 'tell me about yourself?', 'tell me about customer service?', and 'how is your team work?'. Then they asked if I knew anyone at the company, which I did. They also asked about my knowledge of home health visit rates. The manager then told me incorrect, lower rates than I actually knew they were paying. I lost respect because the rates per visit were less than I would have accepted, and they were trying to offer me less than they had paid nurses before!
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What's your experience with customer service?
- Describe your teamwork skills.
Case Manager
I sent my resume about 3 months ago and got a call from an HR recruiter. They set me up for a face-to-face interview with 2 directors, 5 staff members, and 2 lead CMs. The HR person said they'd get back to me in a few days after the interview, but it's been a month and I haven't heard anything. The lead CM mentioned during the interview that I might need to come back and shadow another CM before they make a decision.
- Can you tell me what kind of position you are seeking?
- Please detail your past work experience.
- What type of Case Manager model have you worked with before?
