It was smooth. 3 stages. First with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the team. I didn't get the job in the end. They never told me why. They just ghosted me after asking for references, with no reason given. All my references were positive, they told me.

The hiring process felt a bit drawn out, but the actual interviews weren't too tough. Everyone I met was really pleasant. I just wish there weren't quite so many steps involved, though it all worked out in the end.

Had a 12 minute interview with senior management. They asked me some questions about MGH, how I could contribute to the organization, and what I was hoping to gain from the internship. I also got to ask one question at the end.
