The interview process took about 3 weeks due to summer schedule. Everyone was quite responsive especially the Talent Acquistion Manager. The process was average; first with a phone call with HR, zoom interview withing hiring manager and then with team members. Everyone was very kind and informative until the final round. Lastly, was a zoom interview with the Executive Director which I had a negative experience with. The person was disrespectful and interrupted me with a condescending, unfriendly manner and I felt like even if I was offered the position, I would have declined because I would not want to work with this person.

I got an email from a recruiter to set up a time to interview. This part was really general and I couldn't ask much about the job itself. The recruiter said the hiring manager would give more details. I scheduled a meeting with several managers in person. The vibe was nice and I got a tour of the office. The process wasn't too bad, but negotiating was tough with a lot of 'let me check with the hiring manager first.' It felt like a lot of waiting and going back and forth, and I worried the managers might lose interest.

I spoke with several folks at the company. They were all really nice and asked some good questions. There were people from different types of jobs interviewing me, which was cool because I got to find out more about what they do and the office vibe. We had a really good chat and it was easy to connect with the team.
