I had a phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager. They said they'd let me know a decision in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I followed up and was told they needed another month. This happened two more times, and then they ghosted me. I tried following up but eventually gave up. It was a terrible and unprofessional process, especially since I met the hiring manager and got a tour. They should have at least told me I wasn't moving forward. It's also unempathetic, given the pandemic.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a quick prescreen call from the recruiter. They gave more details about the role and asked about my background and if I was up for the job and conditions. Then, I had a 1-hour call with the hiring manager where I talked about past experiences and project types I've worked with. Both initial calls were super chill and conversational, a really nice experience. The last interview was a panel session, done via audio/video. It kicked off with a mock project kickoff presentation, then we moved on to a general Q&A. Everyone on the panel was friendly and easy to talk to. They really wanted to gauge if I got the work environment and had the chops to handle project management complexities.
