I had a phone screening with an HR person, then another call with engineering managers where they quizzed me on engineering knowledge under pressure. More rounds with managers and leadership were supposed to happen. The HR recruiter was nice, but didn't send a second round confirmation. The engineering managers called me, asking why I wasn't in the meeting, which they said was passive-aggressive. I explained I never got an invite. I agreed to do the interview right then, and they asked about engineering concepts and my past experience for the role. They ended up mocking me for being unprepared for a meeting I wasn't invited to, for not meeting their expectations, and called me worthless.

Lots of technical questions. Talked about optimization scenarios, and not much on soft skills. Covered fundamental concepts like Kirchhoff current law, and details on how to setup various electrical components together. Gotta be ready to explain scenarios where you implemented those concepts in detail.
