Relationship Manager
I got into this role via an internal referral. First, HR called me for a general face-to-face interview. Then, I had some aptitude tests in English and Math, plus a simple UAE banking test. About a week later, I interviewed with a VP who asked about my background and some technical details. It all went well. An hour after leaving the VP's interview, HR called me with an offer.
- Can you provide basic background information on your education and work experience?
- Can you share some technical information?
Assistant Manager
The interview process is pretty standard. The hiring process can drag a bit, taking several weeks for any kind of confirmation. You can expect at least 2-3 rounds, though the HR round might be optional. The hiring manager handles everything from start to finish, including technical interviews and salary discussions.
- Lots of technical questions were asked, along with questions about being a team player.
