Behavioral Technical Other

I got into this role via an internal referral. First, HR called me for a general face-to-face interview. Then, I had some aptitude tests in English and Math, plus a simple UAE banking test. About a week later, I interviewed with a VP who asked about my background and some technical details. It all went well. An hour after leaving the VP's interview, HR called me with an offer.
