The interview process was fast and thorough. I got contacted within days of applying. You get calender updates for your interview times and the follow up interviews were set up in an efficient manner. The first interview was over the phone, and they immediately set up a follow-up interview. The second one was a 1-on-1 to get a feel for who I was and if I was a good fit for the company's values. The third one was in a conference room with a group of people I would be working with directly. It covered whether I had the aptitude and skill to pick up the job and do well at it.
