First interview with two people, it went okay. Second interview with one person, thought it went super well. They didn't get back to me. I emailed them two weeks later and they said they're still figuring things out. It's been a month since the second interview.

Behavioral Presentation

I was scouted by Maryville through my school and was really impressed by their personalized invitation to visit the office and learn more about the company. The first interview was about 2.5 hours long, and I met with a mix of people from new hires to directors. They were really open about the good and bad parts of working there, and you could tell they're open to change. Maryville likes people who work hard and encourages them to explore their passions. I left the first round with a good feeling and got a second invite to the office. They were really willing to help me get a better feel for the company, so they set up a half-day job shadow, which made me decide to accept the offer.
