I started with a phone interview with the COO, which was pretty relaxed and a good chance to ask questions. After that, there was an in-person meeting. The CEO and Chairman invited about 5 of us student interns to a restaurant. It wasn't really a formal interview; they talked about the company and the internship. It seemed like if you seemed interested and presented yourself well, you'd get an offer. I did ask some questions during the chat, which might have helped. It was much easier than I anticipated.

We had one interview on campus. They started with a general overview of the company and their work. Then, it was up to us to ask questions and guide the discussion. Since it was a group interview, it was important to ask questions that were more insightful than what the other candidates asked.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was good, without any case studies. It was mainly behavioral and some technical questions. They want to assess if you'd be a good fit for their team and can handle the consulting environment. You can expect some situational questions as well.
