Behavioral

The interview process took place in the summer before COVID. It consisted of three back-to-back behavioral interviews. The first two interviews were with middle managers who would become my direct supervisors. The final interview was with the managing director, who wasn't directly involved in my day-to-day work but was a consistent presence in team deck reviews and available for questions. There were no case studies, and the questions were quite standard. During the managing director's interview, the majority of our time was spent discussing my questions about Marwood.

The interview process is fair, but time consuming. Many rounds meeting different people, but the questions are fair. My interviews were in person in the NY office. I enjoyed the interview experience overall.

Group

The final round was a group interview. You were expected to add value and ask questions. Basically, if they liked your resume and phone interview, they used this as a check the box before giving offers.
