The interview process involved two rounds. First, there was a technical and HR round, followed by an aptitude test. If selected, there's a 10-day induction period before being assigned a location and starting work.

we start with an introduction, then you tell us about yourself, we ask about extracurricular activities, subject knowledge, industrial trainings, automobile engg knowledge, HR questions, a stress interview, mechanical knowledge, market conditions in the auto sector, engine basics, suspension basics, steering system, lubrication, car models, and transmission system.

Assistant Manager
The interview process mostly involved questions about my resume, alongside some inventory management and logistics concepts. There were also basic HR questions like why I'm looking to leave my current job, and discussions about my strengths and weaknesses.
