Inside Sales Representative
I had an interview with an outside recruiter over the phone, and then another one over googlemeet. they usually use googlemeet. This one is way more informative and then I had a final interview with the sales director.
- Can you analyze the information you give us and show how it translates to sales skills for this entry-level position?
Sales
It was a good interview with friendly people. The culture feels casual and open. The workspace is hybrid, so some days you can work from home. They have good training and a great office space. I've been here for 2 months and I'm planning on staying.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What kind of personality do you have?
Inside Sales Representative
I got found on Linkedin and then booked my own interview slot using Calendly. The first interview was an audio call, not Zoom, with a different recruiter. He seemed really young and new to the game based on his Linkedin, but he actually did a great job with the screening interview. He was professional and knew his stuff. Way better than some older recruiters I've talked to who are more experienced but end up being jaded and robotic.
- Given what we do, how does your past experience align with this role?
- What are your expectations from a company?
