It was a pretty typical interview process. I had a phone interview first, then met with three people in person. I felt pretty at ease pretty fast and they let me know a few days later about the offer and when I'd start.

It was intimidating at first meeting with several people in the same day, however, this is probably one of the better interviews I've had in my whole career in my opinion. You schedule a day and you meet with a few groups at a time and each ask you different questions. You get it all out of the way vs going through the process in a few different rounds for weeks.

I had a phone chat with the recruiter, then a Zoom meeting with my supervisor, and finally an in-person interview. They were really good at keeping me in the loop about what was happening next and the decision came back fast, which made accepting the offer a no-brainer.
