The hiring process begins with a phone call with HR for an initial chat and general profile assessment. Next, a video call via Teams is set up with HR and the direct manager to delve deeper into skills, experience, and job expectations. Finally, an in-person meeting with the second-level manager and the direct manager happens to gauge the candidate's fit with the team and company culture before a decision is made.

HR called me to get some basic info and qualified me. Then there were 2 rounds, about 30 minutes each. The hiring manager did the first round. The Head of Hiring Manager did the final round.
