The first stage was on Teams with two interviewers. It was a pretty standard interview where they asked common questions and I talked about my experiences. It felt calm and relaxed, pretty much how I expected. They didn't share much afterward, which was a bit of a bummer since I wish they'd been more upfront about their thoughts.

So I applied by sending my portfolio and resume to the head of design. A few days later, I got invited for an interview where I had to present my portfolio and talk about my work. That was the first part. About a week or two later, they emailed me to say I passed the first stage and was invited to the second stage. For the second stage, I had to follow a brief and design some "POS" work, making sure it was appropriate and followed the brief's guidelines. I also met the head of marketing in this second stage. After that, I just had to wait to see if I got the job.

  • Can you describe your design process?
