I applied online. Then I talked to someone who trains loss prevention employees over the phone, likely for screening. Then I had an interview with the DLPM. The DLPM felt very robotic and impersonal. They used advanced interrogation tactics, like not having a desk between us and asking the same question later but worded differently.
