First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marshalls.
Coordinator
It was a really fast-paced and interesting interview. They asked good questions and took the time to get to know me. I learned a lot about the company and what they expect from me.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe a time you demonstrated integrity in a previous role.
Coordinator
It was a pretty laid back and quick process. Usually, there were two interviews. The first was with either the assistant store manager or the admin coordinator, and the second was with the store manager. They asked pretty simple questions. After that, they do reference checks and then call you back for orientation.
- Can you describe a time you had to handle multiple tasks and delegate them?
Coordinator
The interview was challenging, but I was able to answer all the questions and talk about different topics related to the store. I also had the chance to meet a manager from another store who advised me on sales strategies.
- What things would you change about different areas of the store?
