The hiring process was pretty straightforward. I was called in for an initial chat where I was pretty much told I got the job, but I'd have to come back for a second interview. After that second interview, they contacted me to start the process for getting my badge. I actually had to wait a couple of weeks for them to call, and I was close to accepting another job offer, so just a heads-up, the process can drag on longer than you might think. They also gave me a simple math test.

I went through 4 interviews with 4 different stores since they call you for an interview if they have an opening. The interview itself is pretty basic, but they do give you a math test. The math test is also basic with a few tricky questions, but you can get them if you pay attention. After the test and interview, they'll either email you if they're hiring you or call you if they aren't.

My manager found my application on Indeed and reached out. I responded and sent my resume, and she got back to me quickly. We had the first interview, then I completed my drug test, followed by a second interview. They asked normal questions and I felt comfortable. The manager and assistant manager seemed down to earth, and I'm hopeful they'll be great to work with.
