First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marsh.
Graduate Program
The hiring journey had three main legs. First, a Hirevue interview with 6 questions, where I had 1 minute to prep and 2 minutes to answer each, with 2 tries per question. One question was about why Marsh or the role, and the other 5 were situational. I did this in early April. Second, I took a general aptitude test online via Mettl, which is part of Mercer, in mid-April. Third, an Assessment Centre via Zoom in mid-May. This included an individual interview, which was pretty standard, and a group task. For the group task, we got a prompt, had 20 minutes to get ready, and then 10 minutes to present. I got the offer in early June. HR kept us in the loop about what was next. The time between each stage was about a week, but it might have been faster due to the tight deadline for a July start.

Graduate Student
after the online individual interview there was a group interview stage. Zoom was used for the group interview, which included five people who were all final year students from various backgrounds. It seemed like we all did a good job, but none of us received a callback for the next round, and we didn't get any feedback.

Graduate Program
The interview process has four stages: The initial stage (1) is your application. If your cv has passed the applicant tracking system then stage (2) involves a video interview, I was asked to answer ten questions (4 video questions, 3 written responses, 3 multiple choice). Stage (3) is a pychometric test that comprises of 3 parts (culture fit, math and abstract reasoning). Stage (4) is the final round panel interview. The recruiter sent me an email with a link inviting me to schedule a time of my chosing on a pre-selected day to attend the interview.
