Marsh Associate Interview Questions
& Process

It was a behavioral and scenario-based process-related interview with the hiring manager. All questions were generic, starting with asking about the experience and your interest in joining this process and this industry overall.

I only got to the first interview round at Marsh McLennan. The interview process seemed pretty standard, mainly behavioral questions about my past experience and how I communicate.

The interview process was poorly organized. The first interview was scheduled, but the interviewer was unavailable and there was no communication. After contacting HR, I learned it was rescheduled because the interviewer was on honeymoon, and a new date was set for a week later. On the day of the second interview, I contacted HR to confirm if an invite had been sent since I hadn't received one. She told me to use the existing link. They rescheduled again because the interviewer was tired after returning from his honeymoon and set a third date, again asking me to use the same link. On the third attempt, the interviewer finally showed up, looking tired and sleepy. He asked about my jobs and responsibilities, and I explained them. He then asked about my work and achievements, listing my accomplishments, awards, and inventions. He then asked the same question again about my achievements, seemingly out of it and unable to comprehend my responses. I even took a picture of him because it was so amusing. I later checked his LinkedIn and saw he hasn't stayed at any organization for more than a year.
