The interview process with Marsh McLennan was super smooth and quick. After I applied, I first did a HireVue, and then they invited me for a 3-part interview day. I spoke with three different people: an associate, a senior consultant, and a principal. They asked only behavioral questions, nothing about math or Excel.

I applied and got a call two months later. Even though I already had a full-time offer from another company, I wanted to see what Marsh & McLennan had to offer. The recruiter who first contacted me was one of the two interviewers. The interview, which was virtual, seemed like they weren't very interested in doing it. They barely made eye contact while I was talking and seemed more focused on taking notes. They stuck to their script of questions, and the interview lasted 30 minutes. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks, no matter the outcome. After two weeks passed, there was no call, so I decided to call the recruiter myself. I was rudely told they hadn't decided yet, and they ended the conversation quickly. It's been four weeks, and still no call back. Basically, if you already have an offer, don't risk it by waiting for this company.
