The interview process was quite smooth overall, but you really need to prepare for it because it's a challenging process. We had a group interview where we had to debate a topic and then present our discussion, followed by an interview that involved a case study. Throughout the assessment day, we were guided well, and there was ample opportunity to ask questions.

Applied online and did some online behavioural tests and a deferred online interview where I recorded my answers to questions. Got invited for a first interview with HR, we chatted about my motivation and experiences and they told me about the graduate program offer. Then I had a second interview with 3 people from the division I applied to, this was about motivation and personal skills like negotiation and communication. After a week, they told me I didn't get into that division but offered me an interview with the manager of another division, which was about past experiences and communication skills. My final interview was with the CEO and 2 other candidates, focused on past experiences and future career goals. Got the rejection call a week later.

You start by uploading your CV, which is quick, but then you wait about three weeks to hear back. Next, there's a digital interview with standard competency questions. After that, you do SHL online testing, which was quite challenging and I didn't finish everything. These weren't just multiple-choice; they were interactive, requiring calculations and manipulating graphs. The Assessment Centre day included a group task, a case study about the industry where my group finished early, leading to awkward filler. It really helps to know Marsh and its business areas well to keep the conversation going. One assessor watched each person. Then there was a written task, based on the group exercise, where you had to write an email to a client about handling a complaint. We had lunch and chatted with current graduates. This was followed by a 4-minute presentation on why Marsh, why the industry, and knowledge of business areas, with about 10 minutes of questions. The invite explained the business areas, but they were confusing. Marsh seems to be a matrix with separate yet overlapping specialized business areas. Google wasn't much help. The final part was an interview, a mix of competency questions, CV review, and experiences. It was relaxed, with friendly interviewers. Overall, it was well-organized and relaxed, with breaks and time to chat with others. The day focused on getting to know you and assessing your industry and Marsh understanding.
