I had a phone screen and then interviewed with two managers. All interviews went well. I was then told they were deciding between me and two others for a few weeks. I would check in now and then and they would email me updates for over two months. Eventually, I saw the job posting pop up again on LinkedIn and realized they were just dragging me along. Everyone seemed nice, but I just wish they rejected me instead of being vague about things.

I was contacted by Marsh and did a phone screen in March. I was told the interviewer was very busy and wouldn't have time until May. In early May, interviews were set up, canceled and re-scheduled twice by Marsh because the interviewer was busy. Finally booked an interview and the morning of, they asked to push it 30 minutes before. I agreed and was waiting in the lobby at 11am. Interviewer did not come until 11:25 and I was done by 11:45. Interviewer had little interest in getting to know me and when I asked if they were considering other candidates, I found out the position was being filled internally. Why waste my time and effort? So disrespectful.

The questions were pretty standard overall and the process was smooth. It wasn't too formal and went quickly. I didn't get any feedback, but this interview was a few years ago, so procedures might have changed since then.
