First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Marsh Risk.
Corporate Account Manager
The interview process was informal and chatty, with some challenging questions. The interviews were brief, and I was left unsure of my performance afterward. It would have been helpful to receive more feedback in this regard. It's a good company, though.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at Marsh?
Account Manager
The process involved 3 interviews before an offer was extended. It kicked off with HR, followed by a phone call, and then two in-person meetings. The first in-person was with the Area Managing Director, and the second was with the department director. The offer was then extended over the phone. There was usually a week or two between each interview. It was a pretty standard process, nothing out of the ordinary. The company's treatment is fantastic from the start of the selection process and remains so throughout your career.
- Can you tell me about your CV and typical soft skills?
- What are your thoughts on the industry in general?
- Who do you see as the main players in this industry?
Account Manager
I had a relaxed one on one meeting. It wasn't too difficult. I was asked to give a summary of my experience, my likes and dislikes, and what my goals were. We talked about how these goals could be achieved. I also explained why I was looking to make a move and what my expectations would be.
