Had a phone interview and then a zoom interview with the HR team. Both were casual behavioral questions and nothing technical was asked. It was a pretty easy interview process and everyone was very kind. Had a great conversation with the interviewers.

The interview itself was great, but afterwards they were extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time. I was told I would hear back in "1-2 weeks" and after radio silence for 3 weeks, I emailed to check in. Still nothing. Another week goes by and I email again. A day later, I finally receive my rejection. I am not upset about the rejection itself, simply the disrespect of telling me a specific timeline and then proceeding to attempt to ghost me. I think companies who ghost people after interviews (especially in-person interviews) need to do better. Don't ask for my time to come to your office then not have the respect to spend 30 seconds sending me an answer so I can know and move on. And if they really needed 4 weeks to give me an answer, don't tell me they will reach out in "1-2 weeks".

I talked to a recruiter at my college career fair, and they connected me with two people for an interview. The recruiter was nice, and the interview felt comfortable and easy to talk through. I was told they'd decide within a week, but then I heard nothing. About a month later, I asked the recruiter about getting a rejection notice, and it's been another month with no reply. Not letting people know if they didn't get the job leaves you hanging and unsettled. The people I spoke with were great, but the company's way of handling rejections isn't great.
