It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person assessment center. They said we'd hear back within a week, but it actually took over 3 weeks, which was frustrating due to the lack of communication. I had a case study to prep, but it was tough because I could hear other candidates presenting next door, and could also hear HR and the hiring manager discussing it. The lights kept going off, and HR told me to ask them if I needed help, but I checked three times and didn't need it. The calculator they gave me didn't work, making it impossible to get the numbers right. My advice: bring your own calculator.

Got an email from HR about 2 weeks after applying online. Then we set up a quick phone interview. During the phone call, we penciled in an interview date, but the exact time was still up in the air depending on everyone's schedules. The time finally got confirmed the day before the interview. It ended up being a panel interview with three managers. They were all really nice and seemed super experienced. After they chatted about their backgrounds, they asked me to go over my resume. Then came a bunch of STAR questions – all situational, asking for specific examples from my past work. This part was pretty smooth for me because I've done a lot of different things and seen all sorts of situations. The whole thing lasted maybe 30-40 minutes. They even gave me a big box of Mars candy on my way out, which was a cool surprise. Honestly, I had a great time with everyone and the office seemed pretty awesome too. Too bad I wasn't the perfect fit for the role, but I'm sure they see tons of people. Still glad I got the chance to interview.

So I went to their booth at the career fair, and they called me later that afternoon to set up an interview. The very next day, I had a panel interview with four people from different departments (procurement, HR, and two from engineering). It was mostly behavioral and situational questions, and they were all really nice. After that, I had an on-site interview with about 11 other candidates for the 5 open positions. The night before these interviews, there was a social gathering where we could meet some of the interviewers. This round involved about 7 one-on-one interviews, each around 20-25 minutes long, with people from various functions. Almost all the questions were behavioral.
