After submitting my application, I went through a panel interview, received an offer, and was then hired. A phone interview was not part of my process. The entire experience was quite brief. There was also a drug screening and a substantial amount of paperwork to complete.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an interview with three people, two District Managers and one Territory Manager in the same role. The interview was early in the morning to not interfere with my current job. I really liked the team and wanted to join. I sent thank you emails to all three. After two weeks of no response, I emailed again and still heard nothing. Four weeks later, I emailed a third time and still no response. I saw the job posting again and reapplied. Six weeks later, my status on the Mars career site said 'under consideration.' Six and a half weeks later, it changed to 'requisition closed.' I was disappointed by the lack of communication, especially after liking the company and its products for years. I am a consumer of Mars products, but no longer.

Applied online. Recruiter emailed to set up a phone interview. Next was a panel of 2 people. Pretty easy process. Entry level position. Didn't get it because I had too much experience.
