the interview duration was slightly long, it took me about an hour. The interviewer was professional, and questions that she asked was looking for more details from what I had written on my resume. So you need to prepare well and recall everything that you had done in previous job.

I interviewed for two marketing jobs at Mars recently. For the first one, it was a phone screen where they asked about my current pay but didn't share the salary range, which was a red flag. After waiting two weeks, they told me someone else got the job, but I later found out it was an internal person. This was a bad recruiting experience because they interviewed external people when they already had someone in mind. For the second interview, I had to do a video interview for a corporate role. This felt weird and like they weren't really interested in talking to me directly. There was also no recruiter contact, so I decided not to go further with it.
