The interview was a sudden nightmare. I got a call in the afternoon for an interview the very next day, confirmed at 6 pm. Rescheduling wasn't an option even though I was swamped with my current job. I had no prep time, and no time to ask my supervisor for a day off after 6 pm. I'd asked twice about the interview format and was told it was in-person. So, I took a half-day off, drove 1.5 hours home, suited up, and drove to the site, only to be denied entry at the turnstile due to COVID restrictions. Then, I had to drive all the way back home and attend the interview in a rush. Basically, I was pushed too hard from the start, which made me really uncomfortable. And I was asked to be on-site while being sent back.

The interview process was pretty standard. I first got an email to complete a Hirevue interview which had basic behavioral based interview questions and asking why I would like to be a part of Mars. Then I later got a virtual interview where they asked behavioral based questions and asked me about situations where I worked in projects and any roles as a leader
