Case Presentation

It was a good experience, everyone was professional. The standard procedure involves receiving a case study, preparing a presentation, and then presenting it to everyone. I appreciated how engaged and serious the interviewers seemed throughout the process.

Group Behavioral Presentation

It was a group interview, followed by 2 rounds of individual interviews. The interviews were behavioral, focusing on a specific topic. There was also a 15-minute presentation. I had 1 hour to prepare for the presentation, and it related to the business unit. Overall, the process was well-organized and structured. The interviewers were good, communicated well, and it was quite competitive.

Technical

Had a Hirevue interview, which is basically talking to yourself on video. There were 4 questions, and it took more than 15 minutes. No games or anything. It took them 4 weeks to let me know if I passed to the next stage. I'm not really sure what the point of talking to yourself on video is, but you can retry the questions if you mess up.
