Behavioral Case

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a screener call with HR, then I had two more rounds with the brand team. They mostly asked me behavioral questions, and also a couple of quick case-style questions about what I would do in certain situations.

Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process is pretty standard for a big FMCG company. First, you gotta fill out the application online. If they're interested, HR will give you a call. Then, there are two interview rounds with the HR team: the first is with an HR specialist, and the second is with both an HR specialist and the HR director. After that, you'll meet with your potential manager, followed by a final interview with the Marketing Director and your potential manager. Finally, they'll invite you to an assessment center which has three parts: a presentation you prepare beforehand, a case study where you evaluate a product launch's success, and a last interview with everyone involved.

The interview process was good and smooth. They had an interesting case study and a manager interview. They were quick to get back with answers. Overall, it was a good experience, though the company's location makes it tough for interns to find nearby studios.
