Applied through Linkedin and was first reached out by local HR via phone. We discussed my past experience, why I was looking for a new role, and my future aspirations. Then, I had a similar interview with HR and the Hiring Manager, focusing on more specific questions related to my background. About two weeks later, I participated in a Panel Interview with HR, the Hiring Manager, and a Team Member. This involved a one-hour case study preparation on how to communicate with different departments to resolve an issue. Following my 10-minute case presentation, I gave a 10-minute presentation about myself (career development, future outlook, project successes, strengths/weaknesses), which was followed by questions about how the role aligns with my goals and some behavioral/situational questions. Five days after, HR called to inform me I wasn't selected but provided detailed feedback and mentioned I might be a good fit for another upcoming position, highlighting the company's values, making the overall recruiting process a positive one.

I applied and got an interview invite via HireVue pretty quickly. It was a one-way recorded interview. About a week after that, I had a virtual interview with three people that lasted 45 minutes. They sent me a study packet beforehand, which I spent all day on. It was strange because they emphasized studying their Five Principles, but never asked about them. The interview was intense, and they really grilled me. If they didn't like an answer, they kept probing. I didn't like that I had no idea who reviewed my first interview, so I tried not to repeat myself, which made my second interview worse because my first answers were better. The recruiter did call to let me know I didn't get the job, which was a nice personal touch, even though I suspected it during the interview.
