Behavioral Technical Case

The first interview was a chat with a friendly person who asked fit questions and gave me a market sizing problem. The second interviewer was really hostile from the start. We did some small talk, then a market sizing question, and then a weird consulting question about how I'd use a single page to answer a business problem.

Case Behavioral

We met at a university event, everyone was really friendly and we even went for drinks afterward. After that, I was invited to what they called a "last round interview" at their London office. It involved three rounds with people of different seniorities. The interviews were case study based and the people were generally very friendly. However, they never got back to me. I asked several times about a decision but was always told they were still deciding, and apparently, there was only one overworked HR person in London. I even reached out to someone on LinkedIn who confirmed the same, and despite promises to email me, nothing came. It feels unprofessional to waste people's time and then just ghost them.

Behavioral Technical

It was a phone call, and the interview style was really bad. They seemed to want to see how I'd perform under pressure, but it just came across as rude. They heavily criticized me and my resume to gauge my reaction to criticism, which might have been acceptable for later stages, but not for the very first interview.
