Marketing Executive
I talked to HR first, then my direct boss, the Senior Marketing Manager, and lastly the Director of Marketing. It was a pretty simple process, nothing unexpected. The managers were nice and asked questions that made sense to see if I was a good fit.
- Can you tell me about how you performed your duties in your previous role as a Marketing Executive?
- Describe your experience in meeting performance targets and quotas as a Marketing Executive.
Marketing Executive
Super easy interview process! It was very conversational and they asked the typical questions. They were really helpful and it was a one-and-done deal. Usually, they call once and then sometimes you meet someone for an onsite interview. I got the job offer in less than a day!
- Could you tell us why you are interested in Marriott?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Marketing Executive
I had a single, extended interview day. I met with several members of senior management for interviews. I also spent time shadowing current Marketing Executives to better understand the role. By the end of the day, they offered me the position and went over the offer details. I had a few days to consider it.
- What is your knowledge of Hilton Head?
