The hiring process was supposed to be quick, around 1-2 weeks, but it ended up taking about a month. There were 3 interviews in total. First, we discussed my technical skills and education, then there was a more social interview. After the final round, I was told I'd get a decision within a week. A week went by with no word, so I followed up. Still nothing. I tried again the following week, no response. I really liked the company, so I made one last attempt by calling the HR contact, but I never heard back. It's disappointing that they didn't even send a simple email to let me know I wasn't selected.

The interview process kicked off with a phone screen. Following that, there were two more interviews, each involving two employees. The interviews were pretty standard, not overly difficult. I noticed the interviewers seemed a bit distracted and didn't have the longest attention spans. After finishing the entire interview process, I never got a response from Marquette, even after I tried to follow up. Not getting any feedback back felt disrespectful and like they didn't value my time.

overall a good interview process. It was a 30-minute, two-person interview for an entry-level position. It began with a review of my resume, followed by basic questions like why I wanted to work there. They might ask for your resume and transcript.
