Started with recruiter screens (phone/video). Then a series of zoom interviews with HR, followed by feedback from HR. After that, preliminary interviews with Executive Staff, and more feedback from HR/Check-ins. Finally, a check-in and a series of 1:1 interviews/discussions with Executive Staff. Standard skill assessments were done through the Recruiter.

Applied online and got a quick reply to set up a phone call. Things moved fast and within two days, I was chosen to proceed to a video interview with the hiring managers. It was pretty straightforward, and they wanted to see how well I could manage several tasks and my work ethic. I felt good about this part since that's something I'm strong at and has been noted before in jobs and school. But, it's been a whole month since the video interview and no word back from anyone. I followed up for an update and never got a reply. I did see that in previous company feedback, they mentioned improving this process because candidates had the same problem, but it seems nothing has changed.

The hiring process was supposed to be quick, around 1-2 weeks, but it ended up taking about a month. There were 3 interviews in total. First, we discussed my technical skills and education, then there was a more social interview. After the final round, I was told I'd get a decision within a week. A week went by with no word, so I followed up. Still nothing. I tried again the following week, no response. I really liked the company, so I made one last attempt by calling the HR contact, but I never heard back. It's disappointing that they didn't even send a simple email to let me know I wasn't selected.
