First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Maropost.
Software Engineer
It was a 3 step process, starting with an online assessment that included aptitude and basic programming questions. Then there was a technical round where I was asked two technical questions and we discussed my projects. Finally, there was an HR round.
- One question was asked about strings.
Software Engineer
The interview process at Maropost Management felt quite unprofessional. I was upfront about my salary expectations from the start and provided all necessary information early on. I assumed everyone at Maropost Management was aligned with my expectations and had agreed to them before we began the interviews. However, after all stages were completed, Maropost HR stated they couldn't meet my requested package. They were unwilling to discuss compensation further or the maximum salary Maropost could offer. It's baffling why they initiated the interview process if they lacked the budget or approvals. Furthermore, Maropost Management requested sensitive documents like my current company offer letter, salary slips, bank statement, and any other offer letters I had. Trusting them, I shared these confidential details. The entire process spanned about three weeks, which ultimately felt like a waste of my time. Having worked at three previous companies, I've never encountered such unprofessional conduct.
- Can you answer some basic questions about Object-Oriented Programming?
- What are your thoughts on the .net framework?
Software Engineer Trainee
After applied, first was a screening round (not sure what it was). Then a calling interview with basic questions. After that, a technical interview that lasted around 1 to 1:30 hours. Finally, the HR round (they asked about myself).
