Behavioral Technical

The process involved a recruiter screening followed by a hiring manager round. The recruiter's demeanor was patronizing, and they lacked understanding of the role's requirements. They also missed key questions that could have identified my unsuitability early on. The hiring manager quickly recognized that I didn't possess a necessary qualification, which could have been avoided with a more thorough initial screening.

Technical Behavioral

It was a very long process but the feedbacks were fast. Started with an Initial Screening with HR, followed by Technical Interview 1 with the Team Lead, which I cleared. Technical Interview 2 was mostly a cultural fit round, I think with the product head (the interviewer was from outside India). The final Technical Interview 3 was with the CTO, who was very rude and didn't listen carefully to my answers, constantly looking at his phone. He made me feel underconfident by looking elsewhere and searching for a point where I might lack, and I successfully got a rejection email.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied on their website and got an email from HR a week later for a 30-min screening interview. The next week, I had a second interview for an hour with the Chief of Staff. The week after that, I had a third interview, also an hour, with the Chief Customer Officer. These interviews covered my project management experience, leadership initiatives, and stakeholder communication. Then, I moved to the final stage, a 'Stand and Deliver' presentation to the Chief of Staff and another ELT member, where I presented my past projects and how I approach PM. They seemed to like my responses and presentation, giving positive feedback. The Chief of Staff said I'd hear back in a week about the decision, but I didn't. I followed up with the recruiter but got no response. I followed up again the next week and they just said a decision wasn't made and I'd hear back the following week. But I NEVER did. It's a bummer to spend so much time on interviews and then be ignored. If they have time to interview, they should have time to follow up. Even a quick email about their decision would be better than silence. This whole thing makes me wonder about the work environment there.

Technical Coding

There were three rounds in total. The first round had 5 people and lasted about an hour, where they asked basic technical theoretical questions. The second round, on the second day, also had 5 people and they asked questions one after another. They had me do some tasks like pattern making and for loop tasks. Then on the third day, the managers asked basic questions and then gave me the offer.
