The internship process was pretty chill. I had a phone interview first, then went to the Boston office for an interview with two publicists. They offered me the position via email a few hours after the interview. The internship involved a lot of media clipping but gave me a good look into how a boutique PR agency operates.

The interview process involved one round with two interviewers conducted via Skype. They inquired about my prior marketing experience. The interviewers seemed to appreciate the questions I asked them. Despite me not being in MA at the time, they were accommodating and flexible, making the process smooth. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, and the interviewers appeared enthusiastic about their work, brands, colleagues, and the company.

I first applied through my university's career site. A couple days later, I got a response to set up an initial interview at the office with an employee. It was super chill and not scary at all. Then, that employee set up a second interview with two other team members. This one was more like a chat, they wanted to know how into their work I was and what I hoped to learn. I got the offer pretty soon after that.
