Senior Software Developer
The selection process has 3 stages: first, a technical test or a case study depending on the role; second, an HR interview; and third, an interview with the project team, which might involve one to three interviews based on the project. The technical test was a multiple-choice questionnaire to be completed in 45 minutes.

First, I had an HR round where they asked questions about my current responsibilities. Then, a technical round followed, focusing on my technical background and how I approach solving real-world problems. Finally, there was a discussion about salary and documentation.

Senior Software Engineer
it's a multi-stage hiring process. you'll go through a few rounds of interviews. some are 1-on-1, some are with a group of candidates, and some are with a panel. interviews can be in person, over the phone, via email, or video calls.
